the full balance be paid? A. Full balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival. |

the cancellation fees? A. Cancellations for Vacation Rentals will result in a cancellation fee as follows: 1.Any cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 25% of their rent, or $150, which ever is greater. 2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours and less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the rent.. 3.Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival or for no-shows, will forfeit 100% of their rent. That's the official policy - If I can find someone to fill the vacancy in time at the same rate, I'll usually refund any prepaid rent less the deposit. |
